Make Your Own Emergency Self-Care Kit

Life comes at you fast. When it does, it’s important to have tools at your disposal to help you fight off stress and help you find your center.

I always have an emergency self-care kit nearby just incase somebody tries to throw me off my game. I’m not being dramatic when I say that using these items helps me refocus in the middle of the day. If I have time, I will even hop into my yoga room and try to meditate it away.

Right now, I am hosting a giveaway on my instagram for these items. Go visit my page to enter. In the meantime, try to make one of these handy kits for yourself. They also make great gifts for your friends.
