Hi, I’m Adrian, but you can call me Addy! I am a private yoga instructor helping to introduce self-care into the lives of remarkable women and men with busy lives and big dreams.

To put it simply, I help you to put you first!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients gain the confidence to incorporate self care practices, helping them thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Over the years I have worked with many wonderful clients, with various skills levels and yoga experience. My mission is to help men and women use yoga as a tool while recovering from injuries, managing anxiety and depression, or balancing the many stresses that comes with life on the go.

BACKGROUND

Although I love teach yoga, I am also an Active Duty Air Force member. I began teaching yoga and fitness classes in 2015. I’ve taught in various environments from gyms, schools, corporate offices, military bases, apartment complexes and everywhere in between.  Realizing the need for quality in-home yoga lessons for busy professionals, military veterans and spouses, I opened my services and began specializing in private sessions.

II’ve practiced yoga as a student for eight years before training to become an instructor. I received my yoga instructor training through YogaFit, the largest yoga school in North America, and I am a certified fitness instructor by the American Council of Exercise (ACE). I am trained in Prenatal Yoga , Trauma-­Sensitive Yoga , Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga , Power Yoga, Yoga for Seniors. Even as an instructor I continue to practice as a lifetime yoga student.
