30 Days of Reflective Journalling
Journaling is a gigantic part of my self-care practice. In nearly every room of my home I like to keep a notebook and a good pen nearby just in case I get the urge to jot down how I’m feeling.
Particularly, I love having one nearby during my yoga sessions. My mind sometimes drifts into a whirlwind and some poses can trigger high emotional responses. I’ve been able to reach within during that time by allowing my thoughts to flow.
Epiphanies, fears, great ideas, and dreams, recollections and so many feelings lie in the pages of my journals. My collection is one of my greatest treasures!
If you have thought about beginning a journal practice- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Not only are you able to flex your creative muscles, but it also helps you release any feelings you might be harboring. Better yet, you can always revisit your journal entries and analyze your patterns or take an objective look at your emotions. Its like a time capsule!
To help you get started, I created a list of 30 prompts and questions that you can use to get your mind in the mood to write.
